fitting aero catches

I've got some aero catches to fit to my carbon bonnet, where abouts on the slam panel do people mainly put there pins, and when cutting the hole out do you use a dremel and cut threw both skins of the bonnet

Foggy done mine used a drill but marked out with marker on some masiking tape first. done a sweet job and there mounted around 2 inches in from the side above each headlight
