Removing linkage bush's

Any tips? I bought the ID workz bearings so im going to swap to them, just wondering how people remove the old rubber ones

Pliers in the middle and they pop out. Getting the new ones in is the bugger though.

No it doesn't destroy them. To make it easier to fit the new ones a piece of emery cloth around the inside of the linkage works wonders.
