scottieboi94 Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Hi everyone, i have a jam ecu on my glanza, would i be better of taking of my sard rrfpr and putting a standard one back on? Quote
turbo Grant Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 If it's fueling fine with the sard then leave it on. Always better to have an adjustable frp Quote
RobSR Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 You can leave it, but id set it back to standard pressure if it isn't already. Quote
scottieboi94 Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 Im running a ct9 on 0.95 boost and the rrfpr is on 5+ bar!???? ive heard that the jam ecu can control the fueling with a standard fpr on? Quote
RobSR Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 (edited) Just seen your other thread and how your running 5bar of pressure. Set it back to 2.3/2.4 on idle. EDIT - The JAM Ecu controls the fuelling not the pressure, most are designed to work with the pressure set at standard. So either put the standard fpr back on, or turn the Sard one down as per above. scottieboi94 Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 Just thinking, if its on 5bar on idle now, i dread to think what its doing when driving! Quote
scottieboi94 Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 just read your post before this one rob, thanks i keep getting mixed up with pressure and fueling, just to be safe from stopping ti running lean, shall i just put it on 3 bar on idle? Quote
RobSR Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 It won't run lean as you've got the JAM ecu in it. Standard pressure. As its been running so high, reset the ecu aswell once you've done it. Unplug it for 30mins or leave the battery off for 30mins. Quote
scottieboi94 Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 Ok will do, will 3bar be ok then mate? Quote
