Trying to get a new TD04 and housing but worried that its not going to fit my current set up. At the moment my TD04 intercooler outlet comes out directly at the bottom underneath the turbo when its mounted, Is this the normal position? as i bought a TD04 actuator from someone and measured it up to mine and its no where near where it should be to fit. The actuator would be on the upperside of the turbo meaning it wont connect to the actuator arm, a good few inches out...

advise please :)

Td04's are rotated mate to make them fit. You have to rotate the housings so the oil return points downwards. The actuator wont fit properly into the standard holes on the housing because they're rotated. You should be able to get one bolt to fit it onto the turbo, some people get brackets made up.
