Fueling issues

I've had an issue a couple of times with my n/a daily not starting.

I had to have it towed last night as there was no fuel getting to the motor.

Doing some diagnosing there was spark at the plugs, but no fuel arriving at the rail.

Took the main fuel feed off the pump on top of the tank, turned it over, and there was no fuel being delivered from the pump, checked for power at the pump and it appeared to have 12v.

I changed the pump today and after a bit of cranking it started which indicates the pump.

However I have since tested the old pump on the bench with a slave battery, and it works.

So I'm now doubting that I've actually solved the problem.

It has a cobra alarm on the car that immobilises the car by cutting the fuel, and it appears to be a pro install as it's all wired into the main harness at the ecu. So I'm slightly concerned it could be the alarm or even the fuel pump relay.

Anyone else had any other similar issues before?

Or can spot anything I've missed out?
