Engine compression test results??

Hello fellow ukso's, I have just purchased a standard 4efte with 73k and I have here for you the compression test results.. can anyone verify if these are any good?

No.1 150

No.2 158

No.3 165

No.4 157

#1's a little low but nothing to major imo.

There shouldn't be a variant of more than 14 psi between any two ideally
