little help on were to purchase valve stem seals please

Heya guys before I spend hours looking , were is the best place to purchase valve stem seals from either oem or uprated etc. They have to be decent and great quality, also are they the same inlet and exhaust ??.

any ideas at all would appreciated.

or put up a wanted thread someones always got a spare set floating around in the garage

and no there not the same there defined by 2 different colours intake is silver exhaust is brown
