As above lads,

was trying to fit a new alternator belt before, and had to remove the pas belt to get the alternator belt off.

Anyway, I managed to snap the tensioner bolt on the pas :(

Can Anyone tell me how I get the rest of the bolt out, that is still attached to the bracket?

Also can anyone tell me the Toyota part number for a replacement bolt?

Thanks

I'd take the bracket off before you do anything else it'll make it a lot easier.

Just be very careful when doing so, it's just a couple of bolts.

How do I take the bracket off dude? I could see some bolts behind the top pulley, but didn't have a clue how to get to them :s (pulley was in the way)

Hmmm...ok I'll give that a try.

Once its out, can I just get any 8mm Bolt to replace it, which is the same length, or does it have to be the same Toyota one?

lol @ keep my hand clean gloves. They're good at times, but I prefer using the rubber gloves - ran out of them so had to use these ones instead lol
