What are these wires for??

Its hard too see in the pictures, i have finally got around to plumbing in my engine and there are a few wires that have been snipped and are missing the plugs and now i dont know what they are for

First there are these 3 wires, one has a connector and then a yellow and white that have been snipped

Then there is this yellow one which is on the loom with the gearbox plug

Any help will be much appreciated

Yellow is oil pressure switch, the other two are the cat sensors (lambda and temperature).
