Djaniero
Thinking about having a stab at fitting my TD04 kit this weekend guys. Never done this before, but been doing quite a lot of DIY on my car lately, and learning as I go along. So thought why not give it a stab. So what I need to know is: 1. How to remove existing manifold, decat and turbo? Will I need to soak the bolts in w40 for a couple of days before hand, or get a blow torch to heat them up? 2. How would I plumb in my external waste gate i.e. where do I connect the vacuum hoses to? 3. Is there anything I need to do to the TD04 before fitting it? Its already been rotated and has the penny welded? 3. I'm only planning to run the oil line not the waterline, how do I do this? Parts I have already are: Td04 TurboTd04 kit with external waste gate (Apparently my kit is meant to clear the stock rad, but I can get a civic rad if need be)Also my kit has 3 O2 sensor bosses. What can I use to plug the 3rd one, as the stock setup only has 2 bosses doesn't it?braided oil feedsilicon oil returnRocker Cover BreatherFMIC. I've got an jam fcd and rrfpr, which I was going to fit also to run 1 bar. But I'm thinking to play it safe for the meantime, stick with the 0.8 wg spring, and one of the members on here has offered to come and check the fueling once everything fitted, with his aem wideband kit (Thanks Dean_mc88) Thanks Edited June 10, 2014 by Djaniero
5e colin
undo the 3 bolts where the cat meats the exhaust and the 6 nuts on the head together with the oil feed and 2 water lines o ya and the 2 bolts on the cat / support with the tdo4 kit bolt it together on the bench loosely and fit it on the car in 1 unit then atatch the exhaust again then tighten up de rest so its al alingned you need a custom oil feed for tdo4 also the oil drain is diferent size !!! fit a fucked o2 sensor in the empty bung

BIGGFOOT
make sure you don't over tighten the mani bolts dj mate should be torque'd to 45, also ring i.d workz for the elbow piece to block your water lines off from turbo if your not running them
