How to remove rear axle bushes?

How do I remove the old bushes? Got some powerflex ones to fit.

Hacksaw through the rubber then saw through it in a parallel fashion till your through the bush outer metal piece being careful not to saw the axle itself.

bit of an arsehole to do but alot quicker than burning them out

Burn them would be my first thought.

Cut the middle out with a saw, then burnt the outer with a blow torch, job done!
