dented rear quarter

Went to my car this morning and looks like someone has lent on the crease on the rear arch just below the glanza sticker and it's popped in

Tried putting a sucker on it but it didn't work very well, if I take of the rear plastics is the rear double skinned? So could i push it out from inside? Help lol

Yes you could with ease plenty space for bit pressure

Thanks will give it a go when I get back from work don't wanna cause more damage as I'm probably going to end up with a crease. Will report back!
