Ollieh17
Recently fitted my TD04 and have an oil leak that seems to be coming from the return. I reused the old gasket so suspect that could be the issue. However there's more oil leaking than id expect from just a shoddy gasket? Dripping Oil is visible on the silicone return after a short drive or idling shortly, is there anywhere else the oil could be coming from? something more serious possibly? Ollieh17
oil feed pipe is definitely tight with the two copper washers on, check that one twice Its definitely dripping from the bottom of the turbo somewhere, guessing return. Have a new gasket to fit so hopefully it is just that. Is it possible to remove the oil return and refit without taking everything off the car again?
