ep 82 rear brakes. repair or upgrade

Hi there I've just got myself an ep 82 starlet and when changing the rear disks and pads I've noticed that the calipers are completey shot, can anyone help me? I'm stuck trying to find calipers and don't know if its cheaper to upgrade.

The "new unit" is an exchange service, so if you don't send them an old caliper it adds £50 surcharge each (so £179.99 per caliper in effect).
