I wouldn't know what there worth. they have been painted white but could do with a refurb if using them as your first set. 4 tyres but two have slow punchers and could do with replacing. I also have the special wheel nuts needed to suit them too. Very hard to find these wheels clean and these are a very good set that I have so as above I'm not sure I would part with them unless it was a very good offer.
