glanza s ep91 Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Hi, I have my 5efhe almost in bits but I'm finding it hard to find out if a 5efe rebuild kit will be ok on my 5efhe. I know the engines are identical apart from the rods,pistons and cams. There's a few sellers from America selling the rebuild kits for the 5efe but they seem way to cheap and didn't answer my question when I asked them. So my questions to everyone is1. Will the 5efe rebuild kit be any good for all the parts including gaskets and bearings?2. shorty Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Yes, should be fine. And in the states the 5e was in the toyota corsa witch is a piece of crap looking little 3door hatch back. Thats why the gasket/rebuild kits are so cheap. To them its not a high performance engine atal. If you are gonna run boost though id get an athena hg for it. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
