Turk Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Im currently in the middle of fitting my levin twinpots and the only problem ive got is that the extended wheel studs i brought from ebay dont fit. The splines on the hub are different to the ones on the bolts. Can any one show me a link or a where i can buy them from thanks Quote
5e colin Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 you can use diferent disks apec dsk 2188 ( opel 280mm ) and get them cut down to 260,, then there are no deadly spacers or longer studs needed Quote
Turk Posted September 27, 2014 Author Posted September 27, 2014 Yh i know but ive already brought all the other stuff. I just need the wheel studs. THanks for the reply dough Quote

Turk Posted September 27, 2014 Author Posted September 27, 2014 Just done a bit of research and alot of people is saying the splines dont matter u need them to open new splines in the hub so they are a tight fit. So im going to give it another shot with the ones i have. Quote
5e colin Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 who ever said that is a cawboy !!!!! you tap out the olld 1 then refit the new 1 by hand untill you feel where it slots then tighten them in Quote
Chops Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 I have these to fit, i ha e some astra disks for em i think, machined down to 275mm or so. Sorry to steal the thread a bit, but can anyone poi t me in the direction of a rebuild kit for levin twinnies? Having a terrible time tracking them down. Quote
5e colin Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 if there levin twins then they need cutting down to 260mm chops mine did anyways Quote
Turk Posted September 28, 2014 Author Posted September 28, 2014 I used corrola discs which are 256mm and ive test fitted and it fits. But u need a 6mm spacer behind the disc. Hence the need for extended wheel studs. Theres a few ways of doing it. If u searxh on tgtt ull find a few tutorials Quote
