Stu
Looks like the hard line from the turbo actuator up to the high/low boost solinoid - wont cause your issue How much boost are you running? 12 is usually a signal issue from the dizzy to ecu
Adam M
Ok stu that makes sense as high/low boost switch doesnt change pressure , i'll check all over dizzy thanks for the input budAnd i am running 12 psi atFull boostAdam Edited September 29, 2014 by Adam M
Stu
It could be right on the verge of boost cut as from memory its about 12psi for a EP91 ecu? Just seems weird its throwing that error code.

Adam M
Still no luck , proving a tough one to figure out
Stu
Have you taken a look at the dizzy and wiring back to the ecu? The wiring is shielded from factory so it may be worth checking its all still intact? Don't suppose you have access to an oscilloscope? You could confirm the output signal from the 24tooth and syncs to make sure the waveforms are as even?
Adam M
I've had a good scan at the wiring seems ok but i will have a detailed look tommorow nearer toThe ecu mate and i don't unfortunatly , Getting near to going to a reputable starlet mechanic and having the engine overlooked as i'm pritty new to cars hehe I greatly appreciate the help tho stu!
