Registering a Glanza?

Hi,

I'm about to register a Glanza i've imported from Japan.

Some people register them bog standard and get cheaper insurance and some put full details down.

Just wondering what advice there is from someone thats done this.

Do it properly or your insurance is technically void

when we registered a couple of cars from japan we bought a years ago we did put all the specs down on the forms but dvla just sent the logbook back with out putting the correct info on it, ie subaru 2.0 when it was a sti ver 5 ?

they probably have not got the time and effort to check
