Tyre monster needed! do not want lip on show of wheels???

right when I had my stock wheels on 17s et43 7inch alloy with the toyo tyres on 215/40/17 the fitment was spot on did not show any lip of the alloy so when I fitted the enkei wheels which where 8s and et35 I had a majour lip on them kinda minor stretch which tbh I hated!! easy to curb a wheel well close...

new wheels are 7.5 inch at et45 in 17s

so what tyre size would be best suited do you think also I need new tyres as toyo suck balls!!!
