Single Core Screened Cable (for knock sensor)

As per title please does anyone have any Single Core Screened Cable, for the knock sensor wire and need to get this sorted ASAP, can't seem to find this wire anywhere only comes up on eBay as audio wire, and only need a meter if that

Might be 2 core actually but i used 1 of the cores, has one as a spare then if one gets damaged
