15" alloys to 14" alloys

just wondering if anyone's actually had 15's on and changed to 14's what's the pro's and con's etc, simple reason I'm still after a nice set of 15's but on a budget of no more then around 200 quid, BUT there seems to be a few decent sets of 14's online so I might go for a pair of them, when I say decent I just mean doesn't need a refurb and no chips etc, I'm not to worried about handling as I don't race around corners etc just wanting to know the pros and cons of 15 inch to 14inch

14s give better accelerstion. i use 14/185/55

which arent very common and so seem to cost as much if.not more than 195/50/15 i use on 15s.

i prefer 14s my self .

also the higher tyre wall should make.the.car slightly more comfortable

I found my ep71 handled better on 15 and also have a bit more ground clearance.. That's why I'm going back up to 15

Hello Aidan yeah I know what you mean 15" well in theory would handle better then 14's, I'm just wondering with 14's on would it make a lot of difference in handling, looks etc
