Torque settings for ARP head bolts and steel head gasket

I found the setting for stock bolts on a stock gasket. However I heard that the arp bolts were to be done to a different torque. Is this true? Also does it vary with using a mls head gasket?

All help appreciated.

Tighten in 3 stages up to 60flb or 81nm for arp's and doesn't matter what gasket you use
