RustyEp91
Hey guys,Not exactly new to here managed made a new account as i lost my passwords to this and old email address.So.....Im John from the WestMidlands, own a 1998 Ep91 it was red but currently a miss match of silver red and balck until i get a respray the warmer months. Not sure were to start really.Done a few bits and bobs since i had her a year ago.Fitted new shocks and Tein lowering springs meant to have dropped by 50/55mm but only around 40mm as i have read on here they dont lower as described. List of modifications so far: Lowering springs (do have a second hand set of Tein Coilovers that need adjusting and rear top mounts changing)EP82 SpoilerInduction Kit relocated to front bumperGlanza Rear Bumper96 Glanza Front Bumber With tinted fogsGlanza Headlights and BonnetFront Standard Glanza Strut BraceUnknown Alloy wheels which dont suit the carStraight through axhaust custom made from Garage DKUReplaced Spare wheel with a sub for a bit of sound Just waiting to fit my Coilvers now managed to adjust the fronts to around 65mm and waiting on topmounts for the rears as a bolt has sheared off. are these easy to come by? So Yeah here she is in all her glory....... Parts deliver from ID WorkzBefore lowering so theres a fair bit of arch gap and she was clean Spoiler fitted pain in the arse to get to line up though and you may notice a smaller arch gap Front Coilovers ready to be fitted bit riffy but they wil do for the moment, no leaks hopefully no knocksMy bonnet unwrapped The front end needs painting and a spillter i think to finnish it off and the grill for behind the glanza badge At the moment looking a bit sorry for itself but its coming along nicley i think, with the springs and strut brace there is no where near as much body rolll around corners and handls nicley. Sits a bit lower to the ground but not as much as i would like. Cant think of anything else at the moment so what do you guys think?
5T4R7ET N/A
Nice progress, you will need a adjustable panhard rod if you want lower the car on those coilovers, Otherwise you will get the rear wheel rubbing on one side
