4efe fuel pressure regulator

I have got a 4efe starlet s put a big air filter an Corolla tubular intake on after long drive I'll turn off when turn back on still warm the engine light comes on an idle revs drop engine light will come on but Rev it up an go away I have unplugged Ecu for 30 min but not since bigger air filter will a fuel pressure reg sort this an also fix this tapping noise sort of like tappets noise also seen a power boost valve that improves low revs are these mods worth it? Would really like to get red of tappin noise heard was fuel pres reg on another forum

our fpr is silent our injectors tic hard

engine tapping means REshimming

always good to have an uprated adjustable fpr on a na when you mod you could play with pressur to adjust fueling a bit checked with your wideband ofcourse
