Bc coilover refurb ( broken damper adjuster)

Recently had my car set up professionally and they discovered the knob to adjust the driver side rear coilovers just spins freely. It still handles superbly but they've said If I can get that fixed they can dial it in a lot more!

Any ideas It these can be refurbed in the U.K. or ad a diy job? Or am I better just Buying a new set of coilovers?

Not exactly sure what part am after to be honest. The small adjuster knob and stem is intact it just spins freely so I assume it's the socket style part on the inside

Just call them - always been very helpful over the phone when I've spoke to them.
