Short route pipe touching actuator

My car seems to be a bit laggy for a ct9, my short route hot pipe touches the actuator arm would this be causing an issue?

What boost are you set to mate on your actuator and what does boost gauge say?

1 bar mate and it reaches 0.6 is then slowly goes upto a bar?

i doubt it then as if the actuator was sticking you would over boost, i would be tempted to maybe mark the pipe where it is touching and possibly put it in a vice and squash it very slightly so that it doesn't touch
