Blitz bov won't work

Any help guys why my blitz bov won't work? It's the one with the intercooler pipe on it to connect it too! Adjusted the screw and still no sound any ideas?? Also what's people used for blanking plate on intake?

Might need dismantling and cleaning

I'm thinking here it's stuck open, had this with my forge DV as above try cleaning it etc if not your have to slap anyone on, that's of course if you know your not losing boost etc and the problem could be else where
