I've been offered a Mk3 GT Turbo in metallic green for a bit of a bargain price (due to the owner no longer having space for it), this isn't my ideal first choice, it has the quadlights which I really don't like, and I was just wondering... Will the Mk2 square headlights and grill fit on a Mk3 model? And if so, will they look odd or will they suit the car? And also if I can find the light panel for the boot would that fit? I'm brand new to these cars and don't know a whole lot about them so any help would be much appreciated =) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
daniel_g Posted August 19, 2015 Share Posted August 19, 2015 Welcome to UKSO That MK3 in that colour is pretty rare, around 4 or 5 in the country, putting MK2 lights on a MK3 is possible but i think it would ruin one in that colour.Same with the boot, youd have to fit a full MK2 boot, the MK3 doesnt have a recess for the trim.
