Hi all,

Wondering if anyone could help me out?

Basically I purchased two iPhone 6's from amazon 128gb total of £1368,98 and when they arrived I wasn't sure if I wanted them.

Anyway a week passed by I left them sealed and decided I want to return them.

So I emailed Amazon and they sent me a label to send them back and told me to drop them of at a Local post office. So i packaged them back up better than they did put them in a box and bubble wrapped them and sealed the box.

I sent them back on the 1st of December with Royal Mail, they supplied me with a receipt which gave me a tracking number for the parcel and the weight (1.067kg).

I heard nothing of them during this time so I decided to email them on Friday (11th December) night asking if they had received them, they replied Saturday morning telling me they had emailed me earlier in the week telling me they had received an empty box which is false. I received no email.

Can anyone advise me on what to do? I've been calling them and emailing them ever since and the only reply back I get is "We can only refund you once we receive the goods". The only piece of evidence I have on my side is the weight of the parcel. Other than that I have nothing :(

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Aamir

How much did you insure them for with royal mail I'd be getting on to them and claiming off them :)

I didn't pay for postage so I didn't have the option to get it insured. Amazon just emailed me a label and I stuck it on and dropped it off.
