sosolid
Hey guys long time! So i seen oil build around and below the distributor. Does the distributor have an oil seal? and if so would that be the cause of the leak? Its not dripping, but just build up, which is fresh as its wet.
Idrees
There is an O ring on the distributor, that is most probably the cause. It could also be the rocker cover seal.

Flaminsam
Yea mine turned out to be the oil seal inside the distributor. Bit of a pain to do.

sosolid
So i changed the distributor o ring seal and all done. thanks guys. There was alot of old oil and grime when i took the distributor out. Cleaned all that with degreaser and brake cleaner and all done. Now to sort out the other leak from the bottom of the timing cover.
