Looking to build a 4efte to go into my n/a

Hi guys, as the title says I'm looking to build a 4efte engine of around 250 bhp. I'm just wondering a few things.

What's the most power standard internals will take ? Gets into serious money if forged Pistons, rods etc are involved.

What's the best turbo to use ? Td04 td05 or ct9 ?

Will a standard ecu manage the power ? Or will I go piggyback ?

And lastly, anything I should be careful or aware of when building it ?

I have a full half top end of a 5E for sale the heads the same as the 4E came from a fully working engine. You will want a td04 and a piggy back ecu. Pushing stand internal with a decent map will usually get around 240. Yeah be aware of the facebook sale page's lol

I'm in Ireland mate so was going to see can I get everything here to save hassle. What's normally first to shit it's self if there's too much power ? I see the Emanage blues are quite a popular choice, would that be suitable ?
