  1. As above, they are getting old, and alot of the engine parts have been there since birth, (some V's are near 20 years) lol, there is going to be problems, mine is an absolute nightmare, fix one thing and another breaks, but I do believe it's a dose. Haha thing is if I was to sell it I'm just gonna buy another so may aswell replace as much old stuff as possible!

  2. Yea know what your on about, prob is done but worth a try opening it up and given it a clean happened me with my blitz Bov but it was done. Tell me about if only all problems were as small as this lol

Will get it apart tomorrow and have a go pal :) aw disaster isn't the word! Think I will need a clutch in January now too.. haha

  3. yea there should be don't know if that would because it not to open tho! It's prob knackered and piston isnt opening what Bov is it?

One of the early hks ssqv's Jamie, probably had its day, it's raining like an amazon storm outside so I will try and plug the hole at the end after a while, you know the bit you can adjust for sound? I'm thinking that's the problem, if not I may get another one, one thing after another way these yokes lol

  4. I had this problem before and I was told it was the clutch disk and that it wasn't straight like there was a bend in it if that makes sense the mechanic told me to drive it for awhile and see it should go out of it as the clutch wears down but if it didn't that the clutch would have to be changed. I was lucky enough that it did go out of it about a month after I had it in 1st and reverse. the only other thing I can think of is check the timing and the fuelling of the engine

Think it would be worth my while taking the box off and looking at the clutch grum? Sort of stuck now I need it sorted, I couldn't drive it the way it is bud it's crazy bouncy when I take off :(
