Yes that's my other love lol mk2 20v only running about 240 but shifts very well !

Compression check was done today and was pretty much 180 psi across all 4 cylinders which is a load off my mind, changed the o ring on the dipstick and seems to have stopped it blowing out Cleaned the headlights with toothpaste (actually works lol ) painted the windscreen washer blades as they were rusty as he'll and fitted Leon cupra r splitter, pictures to follow !

Anybody ever seen these on an ep82, wondering what anthracite th's on a white starlet would look like?

Also don't have the centre caps and missing 2 valve caps

Personal choice just fancy a change to rotas, i want a different look

Will get pics up when I get in, they have been freshly resprayed in anthracite so no kerb marks 195/45/15 proxes on front over 5mm of tread 195/50/15 proxes on rear over 5mm of tread

Would anybody fancy swapping my 15" buddyclub p1 plus II wheels for some rotas ? They all have loads of tread left on the proxes. Just been sprayed in anthracitre. I'm after some 15s

Well little update apart from having to do a compression check this week , I thought I might as well lower starlet on the bc coilovers that got delivered Sunday Gonna let it settle a little but really wanna go lower also got a Leon cupra r splitter to go on to should help the front look a little lower.

Car is After only having the car for 4weeks I have noticed the dipstick has blown out on a number of occasions at first I didn't think nothing of it but it keeps happening. I have searched on here and got a number of answers, Firstly could be the piston rings, secondly the pcv valve also maybe the o ring on the dipstick now I know I need to do compression check but won't be done till next week. Also I have 2 pipes coming from the rocker cover which I can only assume went to a catch tank but they now just point down to the floor thing is there bone dry which makes me think there blocked off otherwise there womb be oil coming out of them Anyone got any other ideas or checks ? Not gonna be happy if I have to do a rebuild !

Addymk2 - thanks mate got a few dents and scrapes but nothing major not to mental maybe 1.5 bar might change to td04 hybrid as the 5 is to Laggy Maddox710 - cheers dude yes had my mechanic take sump off h section rods arp rod bolts unsure on the pistons and thicker headgasket brand new pick up he said looks to be a really clean and new engine. Getting a power run sorted ordered a aem wideband just to make sure until then

Yer I know looks like it's been built purely for 1/4. Once I have finished with it will handle like it's on rails as planning some track days and ditching the td05 for a td04 hybrid
