Have tested thermostat :/

Replaced rad cap. Stil the same. Done compression test all good and equal. Hoping its a dodgy jubilee clip somewhere :/

So a standard civic rad cap on civic rad at 1.1 bar my best bet ?

The thing is I have one available at 1.5 bar but is this too much ? I don't want to cause problems. If its better to run a 1.3 I will order one

Water doesn't smell of fuel so hopefully rad cap.

Yh mine has civic rad but all pipes warm. With a 1.3 cap ? Can you not test the caps ?

Would a rad cap cause this ? I will try get a sniff test done also. But surly it would overheat.

Fills basically to the top and then open rad cap when it's cold and no sign of any water because all in expansion tank. Start it up with cap back on and it doesn't draw any back even after a day or so. ?

Head gasket only just been done? Also doesn't overheat.

Water keeps being pushed into expansion tank but doesn't seem to be drawn back ? Any help ?
