The engine will stay running cool with no thermostat I believe so when it's in its getting hot and doin what it's now doin, they clearly removed the thermostat as it hid the pressure/over heating issue you have
The thermostat housing just needs sealing don't need a gasket and clearly your engine has more issues hence it's building up pressure and over heating, my old engine on my old glanza did all this boiling over and over heating etc and the head gasket was well gone
Item For Sale: glanza cup holder Item Condition & Description: used works fine Price: £10 Pictures: Payment & Shipping Details: PayPal And postage is £4
Not shore but it's not needed if it's the one I think it is then just loose it, and why are you taking inlet off with engine in take it out with engine then remove it
Am looking for a quad light wiring loom as some one i know has had quads fitted and there are major bodge and his lights don't work up front at all apart from fogs
My mates spent hours scrubbing the shit out of it and still has loads more to do lol I've gotta finish the loom as alot of it is bare and still have one random sensor to find and also sort the head light wiring loom out, then tackle the rest of it
He sold some one a fully rebuild engine the other day on facebook that blew up with the bloke turned the key he is a wanker and he's already banned on here
Did not get photos as was to busy but I removed everything off bulkhead apart from map sensor ignitor and fuel filter, As for the air con plugs by head light I'm.gonna chop that off tomorrow along with air con pipes Here's some photos I just took and some I did take yesterday
