Is anyone a insurance broker or anything because basically I cancelled my policy with Churchill and was told I had x amount of days before I receive my no claims back but if I got insurance the other company would be able to ring them to prove it, lovely so I fort, I've just received a letter saying my insurance will be cancelled in 6 days due to not receiving the no claims but on the same day I took the policy out I told them that Churchill give x amount of days for my paper proof of no claims to come so they could ring and prove it and my new insurance company said yep that's fine we will do that so now I've just paid another months insurance and also am loosing my insurance because they lied , do there calls really get recorded if so will I have proof if I ring them tomos that they agreed to ring Churchill for verbal proof?
