  1. I was SURE I posted some pics of me up... Mind you, I'm not very photo-genic so meh.

....Oh go on then. Here you go. I want some money for it though >.>

    Me.jpg

A slighty spotty me about one and a half years ago.

    Nick.jpg

Me at a drunken camping trip with mates. I'm either stumbling, or doing a plane impression. (Yes, I did have a wee bit too much to drink... as seen in the pic below..)

    NickCollapsed.jpg

Mmmhm.. Me plus alcohol equals sleepy Nick. Provides much oportunity for hilarity for my mates...

Me getting bumraped after falling asleep... yet again.

  2. He got away with a lil cut on the head but he was fine....Lucky

YES! he has taken the TTE spoiler off and its just sitting in his garage :p

He said he is open to an offer.......shoot away.

Well, as luck would have it, I blew my money on my PC (nVidia 8600GTS and BioShock ftw). I *should* have some money however, on Friday, so I'l have a chat with Dad. Are there any other TTE bits undamaged? Does the dial cluster have the rev counter working? I'd quite like one :p

And yes, I know I'm a cold heartless git of a vulture, but meh.

  3. Damn that's bad. My first Starlet got wrote off in the near same area, pushed entire engine bay chassis and whatnot over a couple of inches o0

Reckon the Speedlines are ok to use? or would they be shagged?

Also, ask him if he's gonna be selling bits! I want a spoiler, dammit!

    Hope he's ok and everything!

  4. I'm guessing, the reason many of us get wheel's like Rota's, is simply because they have an ideal price for what they're gonna be used for. i mean, let's face it, what's better getting damaged by kerbing etc, some Rota's that you bought for pennies, or some rare JDM items which cost you about a thousand quid, like Rays.

Also, you'd use JDM items more for the track rather than the road, simply because that's what the majority of them were mostly designed for, what withing being forged and all that. And if you're never going to go on a track for a while, then it's fine just getting some cheap copies or whatever.

Moreso for younger drivers like me, who will be prone to making a few mistakes, like the odd scuff here and there. Also, many of us won't have well paid jobs, or won't be earning a lot of money, so wheels like Rota's are a good idea.

  5. Believe me, I will, what with the price of them! B)

And they do make a difference, couldn't believe how different it is in terms of less heavy steering etc, from my steelies! Loving it though. One small prob; I can feel bumps more! But I suppose that's to be expected, less tire to absorb them.
