My radio,mirrors,clock and cigarette lighter all stopped working at the same time, after some research I relised I had to replace the RAD fuse. I replaced it but after a day it blew again, now whenever I put the fuse in then turn the key it blows instantly, can anyone help?

My glanza idles around 1100-1200 rpm all the time, is that normal?
