There is a puddle in my boot and I'm guessing I need to change the rear light seals as this is the exact same thing that happened with a previous car I had! Don't suppose by any chance anyone knows the genuine Toyota part number for these do you? If not not to worry, worth asking first before phoning them Cheers

Crack in your Manifold wont help. That will cause it to lag a bit x

But it hits fuel cut when I turn boost up over .8 bar, the guys at the tuning place said if I got one they would set it all up so I can run a bit more boost.

The FCD? 8. Question - May be a stupid one (don't take the piss lol) do I turn the FCD to 1? There isn't an off mode? It's an HKS one if that helps? X

Weird as it wasnt doing it until I fit the FCD? So something has defo changed, I am going to leave it anyway but just wanted to see whether its a common thing or not. I was already running .8 bar so that hasnt made it run like this... strange one!

P.S is it normal for an FCD to make a car run like this? I have set it up on 8 and am running .8 bar boost. So I thought this was ok? I really hope it is just sorting when all set up on Saturday x

Right I've fitted an FPR which for some reason was making my car struggle to start (not every time though) then did some more work on the car this weekend... I fitted an FCD and ever since then it won't start brilliantly when engine is warm (starts fine when cold), I am hoping when I take my car to dyno on Saturday and they set it all up that will sort this but my main problem is since I fitted the FCD it has started making this really strange noise on high boost (kind of sound like a tinny rattle, imagine a stone in a tin can but quieter) lol. I have a white Glanza with purple wheels but no recaro seats. My Dad and brother have also seen a Glanza with Purple wheels around Strood way too! Not sure who it is

why wouldnt you fit the FCD yet? It was hitting fuel cut at .9 bar boost. I have turned it down to .8 and when I took it to a dyno the other day they said to fit that then I can get it all set up correctly? x

No this was Tuesday or Wednesday and defo had purple/mauve wheels

Thanks! I have quite a big front mount intercooler, boost controller, am in process of getting a fcd. The guy that I got the car from said it's got a hybrid turbo but I'm not so sure. He also said it had an MOT and found out that it was fake! Lol so not sure what turbo it has. X

Whose glanza is in strood? With purple wheels, my brother thought mine had been nicked LOL!!

Hi I have just fitted a tuning developments fuel pressure regulator and have had the car tested on a dyno. They set the FPR up at 3 bar which sorted the problem with it running too rich but just wanted to see what everyone else runs at? Also since I have fitted it, it struggles starting for a couple of seconds when cold... Do you think my ECU is just getting used to the fuelling being different? I hope this makes sense (I am not brilliant at all of this!)
