So just 22nm no 90% turn after ?

Wow really ? I have standard head and block and pistons with ct9 so I torqued wrong ?

Well I tourque the hea bolts 36nm ad 90% turn ? Is this correct ?

Is the block cast iron or ally ?

I don't think it's corse enough to damage the metal just takes te dirt off

I've warped the block by doing what rubbing it down with a flat disk on a block ?

80 DA disc and the cylinder block

I rub the face down so nice and clean and don't use any sealent ? The gasket goes between cylinder 1 and 2 it's blows a inch gap so then there's no compression on 1 and 2

New bolts also skimed the gasket I use is £50 from idworkz

Need a good head gasket a thick steel one becaus standard gasket keeps blowing between cylinders. Changed head gasket twice and each lasted 3hrs

What fuel pressure for 1 bar to 1.1bar ? With ct9 turbo, walbro 255 fuel pump ? -
No dirty talk please aha lol I have swapped slave with my one that I know works and still nothing and there's fluid in coming out when I crack the but off going in the slave but nothing out the bleed nipple

Brought a engine with gearbox complete. Cannot bleed clutch. The peddle for to the floor with no resistance but releases to original position on its own. I've got fluid up to the slave cylinder. Now I've ran out of ideas ffs

When goin to a 280bhp td04 kit and forged block and that will the standard ep91 LSD gearbox withstand it or will it be problem after problem

So in the kit it comes with rods, crankshaft and pistons

Need a website that's sells a forged kit but I want to keep stock bottom end because I don't want to go down the road of reboreing the cylinders

Well the seals have gone on my turbo so I'm just think it's a sign to upgrade and I don't know what kit to go for or wether to just stay on the ct9

Thinking of having a ct9 external wastegate but I have a few questions If I buy this kit can I just weld the internal wastegate an fit this straight on http://www.id-workz.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=4158 Will I have to strengthen the bottom end How much bhp will it add if I'm 200bhp at the moment

looking for a cylinder as mine is cracked really bad and is way past repairable. it looks like it has been repaired loads of times before
