Ok my car was making wierd noises in the gearbox but only wen the clutch was down so assummed the release bearing. took box of and turned out the clutch was in half (pics soon) so replaced clutch and flywheel and new release bearing. put all back together and teh starter motor is just like gringding against the flywheel so wont start. try to bump it and its a real struggle so dont a bit of investagting and turned the crank over from the pully and it sounds like the clutch is just stck on except in neutral even with clucth down and in gear its feels slighty engaged if that makes sense any

cool did u sort the poly bushes out aswell?? if so give me a shout wen u got the plaes and bushes did the arb and panahrod bar go aswell?

u still got the anti lift plates? if so pm me on tgtt u hate the pms on here haha

me personally find tgtt much better to use but that my opion i think uksc has just aded to many things to sorta look like tgtt (i will get slated for this) and has said above technical question about turbos dont get answered has quick or not a tall but thats down to more NA owners on here regulary then efte owners. other then thats it is very good site and u dont get alot of arguments over here which os good and its free even my local club site charge £10 a year to sale anything and there aint no more then a 100 active users lol. on a whole there isnt to much u need to improve the sit

So has said driving up road wen changine gear car was jerking foward like still in gear then release, Then wen changing down threw the gears and sometimes going up threw them it wouldnt go in geaer at all and wen u put clutch down its making a horrible grinding sorta noise anyhelp into wat this is cheers damien
