Hi guys my Glanza was standing for some time and battery totally died. Car has a Unichip on it and since i replaced new battery i keep getting a CEL when i do a diagnostic check it say code 52 which is knock sensor. Car has never shown a CEL only now since battery died and it stood for long time is it possible the Unichip has lost its tune or what should i be looking for with this code?

I am having same problems i have an external waste gate fitted to my screamer pipe i never ever heard my dump valve dumping but have lots of turbo chatter

I am running more boost than the old setup is there any link as to how the plumbing should be as i have mine +- 250mm from the intake manifold. i am running .9 bar boost at highest. I also have an external wastegate fitted to my screamer pipe.

Hi guys just a quick one was wondering why since i installed my TD04 setup my dump valve does not dump i am using a front mount intercooler and installed the dump valve on the cold side of the intake closer to the intake manifold just want to know if this is normal as im not to keen on the turbo chatter as its not dumping.

Hi guys just a quick one need to replace my td04 manifold its cracked quite badly cracked it was a zisco one the mounting bolts that hold near wast-gate came loose and its not easy to weld where its broken. can anyone advise a manifold to purchase. I am in Botswana Africa will need it shipped out here. Am currently running TD04 with stock internals but have plans to rebuild a forged motor in the near future. Thanks Afzal

Hi guys noticed my glanza with tdo4 not boosting at all have checked pipesfront mount intercooler is ok not sure how to test turbo as it has no play

Hi Guys just wanted to ask what is the best size rim to have as my EP91 suffers from a lot of wheel spin in 1st and 2nd gear everything is stock except i have added management and retuned im currently having 14inch rims on the car no LSD box would bigger rims help with my wheel spin Thanks

Hi guys so am doing my TDO4 change soon have complete manifold kit from Zisco performance got my turbo sorted will be fitting a front mount intercooler too. My car has a piggy back management system a Unichip at the moment and will have it re-mapped once conversion is done is there anything else i need to do or will this set up be good as is. Also what power can i expect to make safely with my stock internals and what boost to run safely Thanks

Hi guys i been offered a TDO4 turbo setup kit the guy bought it from ZISCO how good is it as im new to this forum comes with manifold scramer pipe and downpipe all made from mild steel by looks of things oh and it has an oil feed line as well. want to fit all this to my stock EP91 Thanks from Botswana

Hi guys so heres the thing i live in Botswana and want to have a manifold for a TD04 conversion made up because it would be too expensive for me to import one. All i need to know is what size piping to use to make the manifold thats the internal diameter as well as the type of material and also the wall thickness of the piping as i was going to use mild steel.I already have the turbo as well as all the flanges required.

Hi guys talking about filter relocation anybody has some pics to post as i have bought a filter and would like to remove my stock on my glanza will it make a difference too

The guy who was fitting Unichip says that i should add a front mount intercooler it will make good gains as the stock is too small after fitment and tune car feels much more stronger too much wheelspin though dont think oem suspension can put the power down im tuned for 2 maps .3 my normal and .9 my high boost

HI so heres the thing want to fit a Unichip piggy-back to my EP91 Glanza havent done any mods only decat it went from 82 to 90kw at the wheels after the de cat what kind of gains can i expect after my Unichip addition? running stock turbo CT9 it also has full exhaust system not stock. Thanks
