  1. Really that bad? The reason I'm getting some is because the lights are shocking, don't project much light.
  2. Been looking, but all I can see is hid kits for the fog lights, got a link to one mate?
  3. Anyone know where I can get a hid kit for my ep91 Glanza?
  4. Anyone got any cool or crazy colour ideas?
  5. Going to have my car completely resprayed because it looks a little sad with it's bubbling, peeling and faded paint. I think I want to keep it white, what is the best white to get? The whitest the better, Toyota super white? Any suggestions?
  6. Just an update, turns out it was my fault, you can only fill the expansion tank to minimum otherwise the water overflows whereas I was filling it just under max. The oil will go down as well because it's my daily and I do a lot of short journeys, does use a lot though.
  7. Fitted new pipes a few days ago and literally spend hours today checking for any leaks. Went on a long drive last night and since the water level has dropped a bit, (less pressure) no more coolant is trying to escape. I'll start with the radiator cap first, then move on from there. (Just ordered the OE Spec, high pressure one from ID_WORKZ) However, looks to me like my oil is still being eaten up, nom nom nom. Might get a pressure test done to be on the safe side. Thanks a lot everyone
  8. Yeah it's a standard radiator and cap, worth upgrading then I guess? No no no, please don't say that haha :'( Thanks for the help.
  9. Hey everyone, recently had my head gasket done literally a few months ago so it can't be that, but I've noticed that once I've driven my car hard and pop open the bonnet for a daily inspection there is always coolant on the underneath of the bonnet and in the engine bay, looks like it's coming from the expansion tank to me. Maybe a seized thermostat? The temperature sits perfectly and cools as it should though. Checked my oil yesterday as well and noticed I was almost at the low/minimum mark. (no oil leaks, all the turbos connections seem fine) Does smell a tiny bit oily in the exhaust gass
  10. Sweet thanks everyone The golf coilovers are clever, but I don't have the time or tools so i'll probably stick with a straight bolt on. What other coilovers would you guys suggest instead so I have two choices. At the moment I'm close to just buying the DD ones off of ebay and crossing my fingers, but I know cheap doesn't always mean cheerful.
  11. Has anyone here had experience with these cheap coilovers? Worth the buy, or not worth touching? Not had coilovers yet, so don't know what to look for, but I need something for road use. (Not too harsh, as it's my daily, but harsh enough for occasional track use.) My current suspension with 40mm lowering springs is horrible and rolls like no tomorrow. Back almost touches the floor when accelerating. 12. I'll come canterbury first mate Name a place and time, saves me getting lost haha.
  13. Got a postcode for the multi story? I tend to get lost haha. (in case everyone changes there minds about where to meet)
  14. Don't have the stock one buddy, was running right with this one on it before the headgasket went, so see no reason for it to be the fpr. Needs a map anyway because of the different turbo, but that shouldn't effect startup surely. I'll be making the 5 hour journey to tuning developments soon for that once the clutch has fully bedded in. Edit... Took it to Tuning Developments, (really great guys by the way, really honest and helped a lot!) just needed a remap and the problem sorted itself out. Thanks for the help everyone.
  15. Also sounds like it's misfiring, only when it's running like crap from start up.
  16. Once it's sorted it's self out, it stays around 14/15
  17. Arf shows off the chart so over 18, meaning it's running lean? Then it's stalls if not revved.
  18. By improved everything I mean my air/fuel ratio isn't jumping all around the house. Also polished up my engine bay which has helped strangely..
  19. I'm up for this, services would be easiest for me, but I don't mind making the journey.
  20. The switch didn't do anything, aah well. On the other hand I finally got around to fitting the lambda sensor, it improved everything a lot but it still goes to stall on start up, sometimes it starts up perfectly, sometimes it needs revving to sort it out, any more other ideas?
  21. I'll be getting myself one of these beauties
  22. There's a tiny black button in the drivers side foot well, on the right hand side, no idea what it does. I'll get a picture up tomorrow of it, been bugging me for ages.
