  1. Yes the waterless coolant is by a company called Evans . I think it's well worth putting on anyone's car regardless of power output ! Especially for everyone that is running normal 95 octane this will help in decreasing the likelihood of detination
  2. gainzy where did you get the cage from ?im interested in acquiring a 4 point like that
  3. thanks for the photos and info guys they both look the bollox, i have noticed that you both kept the front door cards in is this for any particular reason or just personal preference ? Gainzy, how hard was the roll cage to fit and how much was it ? Bussey, how hard was the heater matrix to remove ? i have already removed the rear seats carpet, spare wheel and floor mat however i still need to remove the arch mouldings whack make it look 100 times better from both your pictures.

      Best start saving lol,

  13. it all depends on the fuelling I would say, I have a full aftermarket exhaust set up and a Sard analyse ECU controlling the fuelling and mine hardly every pops or gurgles. that's with an aftermarket stainless manifold, stainless de-cat, and a 5zigen pro racer cat-back system. so bear in mind a lot of it has to do with how much extra fuel your putting into the engine than is needed so that it is actually igniting inside your exhaust to cause the pops and bangs.
  14. Liam_D is the man for that ! I took him my ct 9 turbo down to midland turbos and he turned it round in a day for me! welded the cracks In the waste gate enlarged the waste gate port size and fully reconditioned it. £350 was the bill which I think is good money for all the work that's involved. absolutely fantastic work I would highly recommend him to anyone. (he took me into the workshop and I watched him strip the turbo down and I couldn't believe how quick he was ! Top Lad !)
  15. paid for my tickets can you add me plus one please

  22. Cheers guys really helping me secure the loop option
  23. Hi guys I'm just weighing this up and I'm after some opinions from you guys. I have recently blown multiple leaks in the hard water lines that are on the back of the CT9 turbo. And it keeps happening with the new ones I replace them with. I was considering taking them off for a couple of reasons. Reason 1- a turbo which core has a temperature of anything around 350 - 500 degrees when running surely the water that is going through the turbo is going to instantly turn to steam and have no cooling effect and potentially cavitate the water pump due to air locks. At current when the pipes split o
  24. It doesn't use much oil at all really I haven't seen the oil level move since I got the car. Also no I haven't compression tested it yet but I annoy see a feasible answer apart from it passing the rings ! Could it be an ignition problem, plugs and leads, ie- a weak spark ?
