There aren't any leaks from what i can see on idle, its only when the its under pressure that it sprays and even then its not much coolant, it just looks a lot the coolant is burning off and there is loads of steam coming out my bonnet lol

So do i need to empty my overflow bottle then?

I think i may have blown my headgasket on the motorway from all pressure i put on the engine causing it to put pressure in the radiator :L It took a lot to make it spray first time and then it did it yesterday after i put my foot down for about 1 minute. I will check mate, the overflow bottle is pretty full but not near the top should it be full? The rad cap is pretty new mate and it can take up to 1.1 bar which is above standard but you never know it could be that haha

When i boot it around i have coolant sprayed around the engine bay, any ideas what this could be? I was thinking possibly headgasket or air in system? i had a compression test the other day and it was fine so not sure. I have only noticed the problem yesterday when i was sticking at about 100mph + for quite a while on the way home, when i pulled up i noticed the coolant in thew engine bay. I rebled it today and it is still spraying coolant out.

Ok brill mate, it'll just be the turbo and exhaust housing that will be in the parcel unless you need anything else?

I bought a full size japspeed alluminium radiator a few months ago, but have now decided it is too big for my engine bay and is restricting too much space when i need to work on my turbo and is restricting the intercooler pipe from sitting lower. So i have decided to get a half rad. I have been looking around online and noticed the two common types are twin core and triple core. Obviously the triple core will be better but would i see a noticeable difference between the the two rads with my setup? Spec: ct9 hybrid running between 170bhp-200bhp standard engine blitz decat My current radiator keep the car more than cool, it never goes above half way on the temp gauge so i cant see a half rad gibing my car any overheating issues so i think the best option will be to go with a half rad.

I've done a compression and it running spot on with all cylinders and there is no white smoke from the exhaust with the old turbo on

the turbos off now mate i'm afraid so i'm just gonna see how it goes tomorrow with the old turbo on and if its still smoking then ill go from there. Regardless of whether it smokes or not, i'm going to get a compression test done tomorrow anyway.

Haven't updated my thread in a while so thought I would update everyone A few weeks ago I mentioned that I was getting some bc coilovers, a blitz k1 turbo and some used glanza calipers. They have all arrived now and are fitted, apart from the k1 which I'm sending off for a rebuild. Here are some pics: BC Coilovers: Blitz k1 turbo: I also forgot to mention that my brake discs and pads arrives, along with my braided lines which are also fitted. The braking is so much better! I found that rear calipers weren't working barely at all due to the sliders being seized but manage to easily free them up again and there as good as new Only have this pic of the front brake setup (WMS 110% Discs with ferrodo pads) I later found a marking all around the discs on both sides after driving it, I found that the brake pad clip was scraping on the disc so I filed a bit off and there is no scraping now. It must have been due to the discs being thicker, the shims provided must have been slightly too thin.
