Just an electric sander, then primer them over so you dont waste paint... if it primers fine, the paint and laquer will go on fine

Take it to a bodyshop, get them to beat out the sil.. im sure you can poke the bigger part of it out from the inside mate.. if that fails, wooden block exterior, rubber mallet interior.. then filler over any dimples.

Has been nice over the weekend, really made progress on the car.. yet.. its shit today, slightly windy too

Well.. I started today by not being able to find my keys, as ive been working on the car non-stop this weekend... i didnt lock the car, hence, didnt use the keys. It was a tough time looking for them but i found them in the end... .. Yeah.. im stupid. Yeah rust isnt common on Toyotas, especially of that age (1990's). The only toyota i know of that has a reputation for rust is the Mk1 MR2.. which was just a brief blip

Like.. mould isnt it? Due to mine not being started often, my painted cover is starting to go.. well that dusty substance, its annoying. Either way though, it tidies up the bay a hell of alot once its gone

Thanks Craig Good comments = Making work worth while. Its not the best of jobs ive seen, more to the point its lumpy and not all straight, BUT, to think i have done it so far, with mainly my first ever time with bodyworks, im fairly proud of it, considering i was thinking it would go terribly wrong and id have to throw in the towel.
