Still over 100 which really should get a bigger punishment no matter where it was. On the motorway it is still highly dangerous at 70 at the best of times. Doing what the police/courts claim of 104, thats still really in need of tougher punishment. You are right though, they really do need set laws o nthis. I really don't know where Molovin got "the highest punishment you can get is 28 day ban" etc is beyond me. Ok he may be punished by selling the cars that he had, but if it was someone who only had the one car (and they are no big fan of it) then they would be practically getting off scott

Totally agree Speedfreak, Apprenticeships don't last forever. If its all the same, I've applied for an apprenticeship with the college for vehicle repairs, and i'l be on £80-90 per month... If he loses his part time jobs, he wont have a leg to stand on. Usually apprenticeship is 1 or 2 year jobbies.. hes screwed. In his defence, It would of been hard to find the same car for cheaper than what he will pay as a total, he didn't even research the car he was buying.

What tickles me is, every one of those that were telling him he made a mistake, all had valuable points, and within that time they could of saved him his bother under the cooling off period. (he just didn't listen....) His policy for the GAP insurance is void too, as hes on tpft I think, or tpo, and your meant to have fully comp insurance at all times with the GAP policy. Hes paying £10000 for a 4 year old, second hand base model french supermini.. Thats epic fail in itself.
