    been a long few days, i got new springs for my car, they are kilen 40mm lowering ones, as i was changing them i noticed that the shocks needed changing so i changed them, i then tested it and the top mount decided to go, been an expensive spring change haha and some pics as it is now http://s1258.photobucket.com/user/Starletsr98/media/imagejpg4_zps85b5a3cd.jpg.html][/url
