Been a while but finally, time for new shocks Bump stops were a bit expensive but had to be done And finally just to finish things off Ready for JAE.

Well, pleased to say that the Starlet wasn't written off and £1200 later is now back home as good as new apart from a slight tailgate alignment issue which I sorted. Turns out the poor old girl had had quite a clout and once work was started another meeting was required as to whether to repair it or not, but after a bit of pulling and stretching on a jig, she's now back on the drive If we get a glimmer of sunlight this w/e I will get some pics up. Must also add that Kath isn't as good as new yet but getting there.

Not given an update for ages but as some of you know got the car down to JAE and came away with some silver ware, I'll take this opportunity to thank all those who voted and also thank everyone for the warm welcome and those that commented on the forum. Nothing been done on the Starlet since then but a bit of bad news as Kath was rear ended last week, first of all Kath was not seriously hurt but is suffering from all the usual whiplash injuries, the car didn't fair too well and has creases to the boot floor and will need a new bumper, we are waiting at the moment for a decision as to whe

Absolutely top man, wheels came well packaged with no damage and just as described, very informative with lots of feedback as to delivery even sorted some insurance for me and package came in quick time. I would recommend anyone to buy from Daz and in my opinion looks to be as honest as the day is long.

I think the next job will be to get some new shocks and springs and drop it a bit about 30/35 mm, thinking of keeping reasonably OEM may even keep the original head unit, dig out all my old cassettes lol. Will get some more pics up when I get her home tomorrow hopefully looking mint.

Hi all, I'm Nicks (bluebear) dad some of you guys may have seen me at jae wandering arround like an old guy with dementia usually on the look out for him. Now that Nick has buggered off and left home taking the GT with him it's left a space on the drive and me with itchy fingers. So when this little gem cropped up it was too good to miss. £200 with 47k on the clock, 1.3 litre 2E, needs a bit of work but but looking forward to getting started on it, will get some pics up soon and start a project thread.
